At 7th Language, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alqudahlaith@icloud.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work to resolve the problem if applicable.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have certain consumer rights under applicable law, including a statutory withdrawal period where required. These rights apply only where legally required.
