Shipping Policy, Seventh Language

At Seventh Language, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume drops, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

International Shipping

Seventh Language ships internationally to select countries.

International shipping times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs delays outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Seventh Language is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional support, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at alqudahlaith@icloud.com.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as “Pre-Order” or part of limited releases may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
